Lustig!

That was funny, I liked the humorous reading and the overall style of the piece. Although, doesn't 'planlos' actually mean 'aimless' in English?

Renshu responds:

Hey! You might be on to something. The webcomic I got it from is about a couple of elves who got lost from the other elves after they sailed away from Middle Earth, as the english translation of the comic seems to describe... They could be aimlessly wandering because of it. (I'm glad so many people know German better than me.)

Classic

Well done. The style was very good, and the payoff was absolutely hilarious! I'm going to watch your other movie(s) now, dammit!

HappyHarry responds:

And dissapointed ye shall be, thanks anyway

I really enjoy your knack for placing characters or people in other contexts. Here was another great example of that, with the swiveling eyes and the fantasy-army-type music and Kerry's affinity for bicycle mechanics (who knew? :P). Very well directed and funny.

JeremyLokken responds:

Thanks for your review!

Holy shit!

Oh man, you said it was violent and graphic, but Jesus Christ...was it ever! I almost didn't finish watching it! But i did, because I wanted to see what happened, and also there were some very cool psychotic-indicating devices in there. I particularly liked that part where Nefarious is talking and the text suddenly got all big. Some cool stuff.

I didn't really get the ending, though. What the hell actually happened? Where did that shot come from?

Anyway, well animated movie with a cool. I don't think I can watch it again, but well, there's some folks who are more into that sort of thing. You sick freaks! :P

Wanion responds:

A cop shot Nefarious in the head, it indicated that because you saw the blue uniform with the star behind the boys head. And thank you for enjoying it! I met my goal, disturbing the audience.

All together now - aww!

That was one of the sweetest animations I've seen in a while. It had a really cute, poignant story, and was very well exectuted. Music was nice and set the mood perfectly. This is the type of animation that gets ya right *here*, ya know?

I feel like hugging somebody and telling them that I love them after seeing that. =^_^=

Foxcato responds:

;) Glad you liked it

Well...

The recreation of the accident was certainly well orchestrated, but the remainder seemed like the same sort of cookie-cutter anti-drug ad I've seen countless times. On a sidenote, I don't agree with your message as it was stated (that is, that marijuana use was solely responsible for the tragic deaths of these young men) and the whole spot seemed more like an irrational appeal rather than something that would actually make people seriously consider the potential consequences of their actions. The spot takes (or at least I presume, considering its backers) the opinion that all drugs are inherently bad and deadly, but I think that it's not so much the drugs themselves that lead to deaths, but the irresponsible and reckless attitudes of the people who use them. Eliminating all the drugs in the world, no matter how thoroughly, will solve this problem. A message such as this is better spent getting people to think rather than just presenting a propogandic message.

We have allready reached many people thru this site.

That made me LOL

Hahah, what a great idea! I'd definitely like to see more of these! I think you're on to something good here. Keep 'em coming.

WolfySnackrib responds:

Roger that :) I'll do another one tommorow, I'm gonna go to bed in a while

Nice one.

I think this is my favorite so far. That thing with the text was hilarious, as are the self-performed sound effects. Keep 'em coming, man.

Yarharhar responds:

Thanks for the great comments!

I enjoyed it very much!!

I was absolutely blown away by this movie. Technical magnificence, great soundtrack that adds a lot to the live-action-cartoon feel, great concept with hilarious sight gags and physical humor, and a very satisfying conclusion. Very well done. For the first peoplemation movie on Newgrounds, you have indeed set a very high standard.

Dustball responds:

Thank you! I'm glad that you enjoyed the ending as well... we often struggle with finding just the right ending, to make a complete story rather than just a bunch of pointless animation technique that leads to nothing. We were very happy when we came with a suitable ending that payed off the ideas that had been set up!

Awwww!!!

That was nice. At first I was afraid it was veering too much toward the derivative, but the ending saved it. Props.

SwEecH responds:

Tkz !
next one will be better ^^

If ever there was a gent of high enough stature to conduct discourse with the Petronas Towers, I should hope for his own safety he does not wear a gorilla costume all of the time.
